ApexGaming Reset Password: A Player's Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Forgetting your password is one of those things that happens at the worst possible time — right when you want to play. The good news is that the ApexGaming reset password process is short, and you don’t need to contact anyone to get through it. Most players are back in their accounts within five minutes.
This walkthrough covers every stage of the process from a player’s point of view. What you’ll see on screen, what to do at each step, and what to do if something feels off along the way. Whether you’re on your phone or on a desktop, this guide has you covered.
Before You Start: What You'll Need
You don’t need much to get through the ApexGaming reset password process. Just make sure you have:
- Access to the email address you used when you registered
- A working internet connection
- Your phone or browser open and ready
That’s it. No ID, no documents, no waiting for a call. The whole thing happens online.
One thing worth knowing before you begin: if you’ve already tried guessing your password several times and failed, your account may be temporarily locked. If that’s the case, wait 15 to 30 minutes before starting the reset process. Trying to log in again during that window resets the timer.
Step 1: Open the Login Page
Go to the official ApexGaming site. On mobile, this means opening your browser — Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone — and visiting the site directly. If you’ve saved it to your home screen as a Web App, open it from there.
On the login screen, you’ll see the username and password fields. Just below the password field, look for the “Forgot Password?” link. It’s small but easy to find — it’s placed right where you’d look after realizing you can’t remember your password.
Tap or click it. Don’t try the password again first. Go straight to reset.
Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email
The next screen asks for your email address. This needs to be the exact email you used when you created your ApexGaming account.
If you’re on mobile, your keyboard will pop up automatically. Type the address carefully — don’t rush this part. One wrong character means the recovery email goes to the wrong place, or nowhere at all.
Not sure which email you used? Open your other inboxes and search for any previous messages from ApexGaming. The address that received them is the one tied to your account.
Once you’re confident the address is correct, tap “Submit.”
You’ll see a short confirmation message letting you know the recovery email is on its way.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Open your email app and look for a message from ApexGaming. On most phones, it arrives within one to three minutes.
If you don’t see it in your main inbox after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Recovery emails sometimes end up there, especially if it’s your first time receiving one from ApexGaming.
The email contains a verification code. This code is time-sensitive — use it as soon as you have it. Don’t close the email and come back to it later.
On mobile tip: Keep the ApexGaming site open in one browser tab and your email open in another. Switch between tabs to copy the code without retyping it.
Step 4: Enter the Verification Code
Back on the ApexGaming reset password page, you’ll see a field asking for the code from your email. Enter it exactly as it appears.
If you’re copying and pasting on mobile, double-check that no extra space was added before or after the code. That’s one of the most common reasons the code gets rejected — it looks right but has a hidden space at the end.
Once the code is entered correctly, tap “Verify.”
If the code isn’t working, it may have expired. Go back and request a new one. Always use the most recent code sent — earlier ones are automatically invalidated.
Step 5: Create Your New Password
This is the last step. You’ll be taken to a screen where you set your new password.
A strong password for your ApexGaming account should:
- Be at least 8 characters long (12 or more is better)
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (!, @, #, $ and similar)
- Not be the same as your previous password
- Not include your name, username, or birthday
Type it once in the first field, then again in the confirmation field. Make sure both match exactly before tapping “Reset Password.”
After you tap it, a confirmation message will appear on screen. Your password is now updated.
Save it somewhere right away. A notes app with a password lock, a password manager, or even a written note kept somewhere private — whatever works for you. The goal is to not go through this process again next week.
Step 6: Log Back In
Go back to the login page. Enter your username and your new password, then tap “Login.”
If the credentials are correct, you’ll land directly on your account dashboard. Your balance, game history, bonuses, and settings will all be exactly as you left them. Nothing resets when you change your password — only the password itself changes.
If you get an error at login after resetting, double-check that you’re entering the new password and not the old one. It sounds obvious, but muscle memory from typing the old one can get in the way.
Playing on Mobile After Reset Password ApexGaming88
If you access ApexGaming through your phone browser or Web App, the reset password process works the same way — you just do all of it on a smaller screen.
A few mobile-specific things worth knowing:
Web App users: If you’re using the Web App (saved to your home screen), you may need to log in again manually after resetting. The saved session gets cleared when your password changes. Just open the Web App, enter your new credentials, and you’re in.
Browser users: Same applies. Your saved password in Chrome or Safari will be outdated. When your browser offers to update the saved password after logging in with the new one, accept it. It saves you from doing this again.
GCash and Maya deposits on mobile: Once you’re logged in, tapping GCash or Maya during a deposit opens the app automatically. Approve the transaction, return to ApexGaming, and your balance updates instantly. No need to re-enter payment details.
Keeping Your Account Secure Going Forward
Resetting your password is a good opportunity to tighten up your account security in general.
Change your password regularly. You don’t have to wait until you forget it. Updating it every few months reduces the risk of someone else getting in — even if you’ve never noticed anything wrong.
Don’t reuse passwords across platforms. If you use the same password on ApexGaming and another site, and that other site has a data breach, your ApexGaming account becomes vulnerable too. Keep passwords unique per platform.
Never share your login details. Not with friends, not with anyone claiming to be from ApexGaming support. The support team will never ask for your password through any channel.
Watch for unfamiliar activity. If you notice logins from devices you don’t recognize, transactions you didn’t make, or account details that changed without your input — report it to support immediately. Catching it early makes it easier to resolve.
ApexGaming also has deposit limits and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings. These are there for players who want to manage how much they play or spend. You can set them anytime — before your first session or after years of playing.
